Willingness to build and maintain expertise in the condo market, financing, and GTHA communities
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills and ability to connect quickly with people
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and put in the hours needed to close deals
Real estate license not required

Responsibilities

Master the training program and follow proven processes for success
Close sales and crush targets
Generate leads and build relationships with brokers, sales agents, and purchasers consistently
Conduct consultations and tours with purchasers, brokers, and agents professionally and confidently
Own the pre-construction sales process, from first contact to signed agreements
Guide purchasers through the pre-construction sales process while upholding service standards
Attend regular team huddles with full engagement
Master the CRM and sales tools to track pipeline and keep deals moving
