  • Preferred experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools, and systems
  • Proven knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, Business Objects, Power BI, and SharePoint management

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and executes portions of processes and tools for future sales planning (FSP) and quota deployment
  • Monitors daily process mailbox, investigates and replies to users with closure of activity
  • Monitors daily integration jobs in close cooperation with IT
  • Monitors daily upstream system changes
  • Monitors Tech Direct request submissions and executes actions to completion
  • Collects and consolidates information to support investigation and resolution of EMDM reconciliation issues
  • Prepares Anaplan reports
  • Reviews information and makes changes and updates to data and configuration of sales compensation tools and systems within limited parameters
  • Communicates and engages with stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Implements specified changes to data, content, and systems to improve data quality and operational efficiency
  • Supports quota planning process from a back-end perspective and system setup activities
  • Creates and updates user accounts, removes users from workspaces in sales organizations
  • Applies changes to organization's Anaplan environment and workspaces
  • Participates in Fiscal Year Start-up Activities and regular activities
  • Supports Anaplan Pre-Production Activities
  • Supports Business Transformation/Program initiatives including FDS, UATs, MOC
  • Supports projects requiring implementation and communication
  • Conducts Anaplan trainings (presentations/training calls) and communicates to stakeholders and MOC
  • Manages production support, troubleshooting with IT teams, handling integration jobs, and overseeing deployment processes
  • Develops, implements, and deploys processes and tools related to quota coverage planning across regions and future sales planning (FSP) in Anaplan models
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of quota deployment as outlined in the plan and in accordance with local guidelines and policy
  • Prepares data load files and supports system setup for sales employees based on compensation plan designs
  • Investigates and resolves EMDM reconciliation issues using reporting and analytics for presentations and recommendations for strategy planning and sales compensation operations
