Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to current customers to present solutions for their business to ensure they generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over month
  • Support restaurants customers mainly through email and phone, helping with their positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing
  • Sell, upsell, and retain products and customers
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure support and training to use TheFork tools
  • Achieve KPIs including products sold and maintained across portfolio, leverage usage of TheFork tools for restaurant engagement, and number/quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals
