The starting pay is $22.94 per hour, with the expected base rate between $22.94 and $23.94. Additional compensation includes overtime, incentive based on productivity and quality, and shift differential.
The role is full-time in Salem, MO, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday starting at 5PM until finish, averaging 14-16 hour shifts. Weekends and holidays may be required at times.
Recent experience in high endurance or physical roles like lifting patients, sports, farming, or construction is preferred, along with warehouse order selecting experience and operating motorized pallet jacks. Candidates must safely operate electric pallet jacks, accurately select orders, and handle repetitive lifting of 20-80+ lbs.
