Responsibilities
Identify operational opportunities and challenges of alternative credit and private strategy investments
Work alongside seasoned associates and Portfolio Managers, focusing on financial modeling and qualitative analysis to evaluate performance and alternative paths for under-performing positions
Monitor performance of positions, seeking to identify challenges and address them
Participate in PIMCO Fundamentals Training during Week 1
Participate in PIMCO's Global Month of Volunteering
Attend cross-divisional education, networking, and social events
Receive guidance and mentorship from supervisor, peer mentor, senior leaders, and team
Receive feedback at mid- and end-of-summer as part of a formal process
