Requirements

MBA from a Tier-1 institute
Minimum experience of 12 years and above in SAP ERP
Led minimum 2 S/4 HANA implementation/transformation projects (Solution Architect/Offshore lead)
Working experience in design and business blueprint and greenfield implementation of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA core functionalities across Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management as part of an enterprise-wide design and blueprint of SAP
Deep domain expertise across one/more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom, with understanding of domain trends and technology offerings
Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
Ability to develop technology solutions and value-adding propositions and take them to market
Proven track record to quickly understand key value drivers of a business and how they impact scope and approach
Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and their application to real-world problems
Participation in Pre-Sales, Bid Management, and appreciation of estimation, scoping, and assumptions for large SAP ECC or S/4 HANA implementations (e.g., ASAP, Activate)
Experience leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining scale plans across technology domains
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to convey value to senior stakeholders and drive C-suite discussions
Capacity to develop high-impact thought leadership
Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships
Demonstrated ability to develop younger talent and build high-performing teams
Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements

Responsibilities

Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support solutions for end-to-end request for proposal or ERP assessment requests
Engage with clients, design new business processes based on requirements, scope, discover, explain benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems across SAP S/4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with strategic awareness of SAP market and technologies
Drive enterprise business, application, and integration architecture
Assist clients to build capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
Support business development activities, working with sales teams in proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and delivery approaches for SAP transformations
Develop offerings and assets and participate in pre-sales activities
Mentor and develop people, contribute to asset creation, and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
