Responsibilities

Design and guide development of Enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategy, including Data & Analytics Architecture, Data on Cloud, Data Quality, Metadata, and Master Data strategy
Establish framework for effective Data Governance across multispeed implementations, including defining data ownership, standards, policies, and associated processes
Define a Data & Analytics operating model to manage data across the organization, establishing processes for effective data management, Data Quality & Governance standards, and roles for Data Stewards
Benchmark against global research benchmarks and leading industry peers to understand current state and recommend Data & Analytics solutions
Conduct discovery workshops and design sessions to elicit Data & Analytics opportunities and client pain areas
Develop and drive Data Capability Maturity Assessment, Data & Analytics Operating Model, and Data Governance exercises for clients
Collaborate with business experts for business understanding, other consultants and platform engineers for solutions, and technology teams for prototyping and client implementations
Assess Data & Analytics potential and develop use cases that can transform business
Envision and design customized, next-generation data and analytics products and services to help clients shift to new business models
Assess impact to client’s technology landscape/architecture and formulate relevant guiding principles and platform components
Evaluate existing data and analytics products and frameworks and develop options for proposed solutions
Create expert content for C-Level discussions
