Requirements

6+ years of Industry/Consulting Experience
Proven experience in defining, managing, or delivering projects with a significant AI or Gen AI component
Ability to advise clients on AI strategy, identify high-impact use cases, and build actionable adoption roadmaps
Skilled at translating business needs into AI solutions, acting as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving agile delivery of AI-enabled products
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise applications, with familiarity across major AI platforms (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI) and integration into enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks, with experience in guiding clients on responsible AI adoption
Domain depth in at least one area: PRD (Aftermarket services, customer experience, FSM, SAP platforms, process mining with Data/AI); Automobile & Industrial (SDV, connected/EV/autonomous vehicles, mobility solutions, compliance standards); Platforms (SAP PPM/PS/CPM/CPQ/EWM, PTC, NVIDIA); MedTech/Pharma (SaMD, SiMD, biopharma platforms, QMS, GxP compliance); H&PS/Utilities (Smart metering, iCCC, worker safety, waste & sustainability, Digital Twins, GIS, IoT); A&D & CMT (PLM/ALM, SDLC, warranty, tech publications)
Proven track record in digital transformation, multi-disciplinary team leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement in technology-intensive industries
MBA or equivalent management qualification combined with an engineering or technology foundation (preferred)
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
Strong communicator with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
Proactive, independent, and a self-starter

Responsibilities

Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, translating business objectives into tangible products and measurable outcomes
Bridge business and technology teams, ensuring AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions meet strategic goals while fostering user adoption and change management
Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and driving adoption of innovative, AI-powered business models
Shape product strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives across industries such as Mobility, Smart Cities, Aftersales Services, and Smart Connected Products
Develop and present executive-level recommendations, proposals, and business cases that clearly articulate the ROI and strategic impact of AI-enabled transformations
Demonstrate leadership by motivating multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring successful execution of engagements
