Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) from premier B School, or CA, or CMA (or CPA)
  • Postgraduate (MBA from premier B School), CA, or CPA
  • 2-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain
  • Process Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services
  • 2-8 years of experience in finance transformation related to Organization Structure, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial close, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc
  • Implementing and consulting experience on Finance Technology relevant projects
  • Implementation experience and knowledge of financial close tools like Blackline, Redwood, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, AICO, Tagetik, Celonis, Workiva, etc
  • Certification in Blackline Modules (Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Transaction Matching, Tasks, Smart Close, etc.) is an added advantage
  • Experience handling at least 1 or 2 end-to-end implementations (assessment, planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration/development, testing, training, deployment) of Blackline and other tools
  • Experience working on Reconciliations, Variance Analysis, Risk rating of accounts, Journals, Close process management, Intercompany Transactions, Risk and Compliance management, Cash Management, Open items management
  • Knowledge of SAP and other ERP tools is an added advantage
  • Program management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programs
  • People Management skills: supervision of Accenture analysts and client personnel
  • Willingness to travel extensively (international/within India) to client sites

Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget, including application design, blueprint, solutioning, modelling, proof-of-concept development
  • Engage in client conversations, lead workshops, and present to client stakeholders in management reviews and steercos
  • Contribute to finance transformation journey and assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify best solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, practices, and maturity
  • Work with global clients on assessments, develop and execute system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling in Finance technology solutions (Blackline, SAP, Trintech, Celonis, Oracle ARCS, Concur, Ariba, Workiva, etc.)
  • Support Accenture's CFO EV practice in delivering Finance programs (target operating model, process transformation including enabling technology, shared services, zero-based organization/budgeting/spend)
  • Design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies, especially Blackline
  • Manage Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering
  • Design and implement shared services operating model including governance and service management
  • Conduct business case analysis
  • Perform business architecture implementation activities
  • Support sales pipeline including BDs and Proposals
  • Program Management: effectively plan, manage, and coordinate multiple projects in dynamic environment with complex stakeholders, execute on-time and on budget
  • Active role in identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships
