Requirements

Expertise as SAP EAMA wizard in EAM software (Maximo/Infor/SAP MM/WM/EWM)
Serious analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers, developers, testers, and team members
Comfortable working on global EAM implementations at scale
SAP IAM experience (added advantage)
SAP EHS experience
Credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes: Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances, and HSE management systems
Experience in functional and technical specification and implementation of EHS/PSM applications (e.g., Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi)
Experience leading diagnostics studies, designing end-to-end solutions, preparing project & resource plans, and cost estimates
Excellent problem identification, troubleshooting, and consultative influence skills
Expertise on functional requirements for HSE process developments, vendor assessment, and technology implementations
Ability to understand large-scale thinking for project success and value addition in HSE/PSM
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in industry role in control of work, incident management, HSE/PSM areas
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a team leading role (consulting experience advantageous)
Experience delivering large transformational projects across industry groups & geographies, handling teams of 3+ experienced resources
Excellent customer-facing capabilities
Team-oriented, collaborative approach with excellent presentation, oral, and writing skills
Comfortable in diverse consulting environment and open to travel in and outside the country
Experience conducting design thinking workshops, collating functional requirements, and demo reviews

Responsibilities

Design and drive enterprise projects
Apply knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC) for application development, support, and maintenance
Work in teams to support program development or future enhancements
Ensure solutions meet client needs
Perform hands-on system configurations to meet requirements
Develop, test, and deploy code into appropriate environments
Prepare functional specification documents per requirements
Analyze, design changes, debug, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user applications
Support practice development through market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management
Support business development: develop client proposals, build client relationships
Understand client business problems/processes and create functional solutions
Provide functional consulting in HSE/PSM areas
Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design, and documentation for application implementation
Manage and develop client relationships; coordinate/liaison with stakeholders for alignment
Develop Points of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital on HSE/Process safety, digital HSE trends/technologies
