The Player Support Agent will investigate and respond promptly to player inquiries via ticketing, email, or chat, providing valuable feedback to developers. They will assist internal teams, gather player feedback, and perform translations when required. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate reports, escalating issues promptly, contributing to support processes with macros and knowledge base entries, and participating in quality control. Agents will master gameplay knowledge of products, utilize CRM tools, and manage their time effectively to meet player needs.
