Responsibilities
Working with Key Account Manager and agency to produce POP artworks for retail campaigns
Involving in retail-specific E-commerce marketing calendar planning and managing visual creation/localizations with the agency
Uploading local marketing designs to the OPA marketing system and following up on brand management approvals
Ensuring designs are in line with Disney guidelines
Preparing retail activation presentations for relevant retail occasions aligned with franchise marketing planning
Following up all accounting processes, including creating and extending new vendors in SAP and creating POs for each transaction (under supervision of Key Account Manager)
Assisting with post-report preparation of retail activations
Translating EMEA marketing and retail presentations to local languages when necessary
Contacting ABM’s or junior buyers of retailers to maintain data-visual transfers throughout a retail promotion/activation
Contacting store managers or visual merchandising managers of retailers for visual approval processes
Attending pre and post-meetings with retailers to be involved in activation processes
