Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with robotic systems, AGVs, and AGCs including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems; work with manufacturers to resolve these issues
Write, modify, and debug Fanuc robot programs to meet production requirements and improve efficiency
Work with the maintenance team to conduct repairs on Fanuc robots and AGVs as needed, including replacing parts and components
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
Work closely with MEs and Production staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Provide basic operation/troubleshoot training to line technicians, Planners, and MEs
