Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
7+ years’ industry experience including Audit, Risk Management, and/or technology innovation
Knowledge and experience of building solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python, APIs and other light automation tools preferred
Proven track record of leading complex initiatives across global teams
Ability to guide product development processes from a risk lens
Demonstrated leadership and influence across cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems
Strategic planning to formulate and execute on a holistic risk data analytics approach
Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to influence change
Ability to tell compelling stories using data, and to provide risk insights which tie directly into key business initiatives
Sound Judgment – ability to make insightful decisions and action recommendations by analyzing opportunities, risks, and their impacts
Presentation and Writing Skills – ability to develop and deliver formal and informal presentations to a variety of audiences

Responsibilities

Partner with the business to identify risks and design innovative, technology driven solutions that enhance controls and scalability
Foster a strong risk and compliance mindset while driving forward thinking approaches to emerging challenges
Leverage data analytics and advanced technologies—collaborating with our Risk Data Analytics CoE to identify emerging risks, enhance continuous monitoring, and explore AI and automation tools to transform how we operate
Help define and drive FFIO Risk’s technology transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives
Establish frameworks for prioritizing and managing FFIO Risk’s automation-related initiatives
Assess and recommend adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI, Power Apps, automation) to be leveraged by Risk
Ensure new technologies meet Firm and operational standards
Partner with Leadership to develop scalable automation strategies, risk models, and controls
Assess key risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and support transition to a long-term, integrated risk model
Build strong and inclusive working relationships, in person and virtually, with business partners and colleagues
Implement and drive strategy as it relates to metrics, data analytics, and risk management efficiency tools
Translate innovation into tangible solutions
Drive innovation transformation and process automation
