Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end process for P-Card Audit, including management of the account mailbox and client care
  • Audit monthly transactions to ensure compliance with Accenture policies, by identifying behaviors and potential risks
  • Identify process pain points and suggest possible solutions
  • Prepare monthly communications to maintain contact with the Business, aiming to provide information that assists cardholders in managing their accounts effectively
  • Conduct follow-up communications and adhere to standard escalation procedures
  • Report audit issues and concerns to the P-Card Program Lead, and coordinate with the admin team to exchange best practices
  • Proactively communicate with clients to address their specific concerns and prepare for interactions accordingly
  • Generate and provide reports as requested to support the program
  • Maintain an independent daily work routine, demonstrating strong self-management and strong time management abilities
  • Manage all activities related to the Procurement Card (P-Card) Program, including developing, documenting, and maintaining policies, procedures, and communication strategies
  • Monitor P-Card spending to ensure compliance and act as the main contact between the business and the card program vendor
