Requirements

Candidates must possess sound knowledge of working with large datasets using SQL and Python, along with a strong background in building, developing, and maintaining reporting in Tableau. A hands-on attitude, the ability to prioritize and multitask deliverables, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities

The Risk Analyst, Fraud Operations will review accounts and fraud cases to identify risk-separating behaviors and manage the end-to-end resolution of client disputes, driving recovery efforts and implementing preventative policy updates. Responsibilities include extracting data using SQL, performing ad hoc analysis, developing machine learning models using tools such as Python, and developing and managing strategies to mitigate fraud risk. The role also involves developing and maintaining reports to measure progress against strategic business goals, optimizing prompts for LLM agents to automate the detection of high-risk behavior, and working autonomously to identify opportunities. Collaboration with underwriting, operations, analytics, portfolio strategy, customer experience, legal, and compliance teams is expected.
