Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data analytics, or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment and improve operational processes. A minimum of five years of healthcare or operational experience and strong SQL skills, preferably with Snowflake, are desired.
The Risk Adjustment Data Submissions Manager will analyze and monitor data submissions for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, developing and maintaining documentation for submission processes, and educating stakeholders on encounter data submission best practices. The manager will also stay current on regulatory changes affecting risk adjustment and encounter data submissions.
