The role is based in Stevenage with dynamic hybrid working, typically requiring 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload, and flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. A relocation package may be offered.
Candidates need proven practical RF design and testing experience at component level across 30MHz to 30GHz, including LNA Amplifier, High Power Amplifier, filter, local oscillator, synthesiser, and modulator design. Additional requirements include RF design for harsh environments (EMC, vibration, thermal), ability to perform design proving tests in the onsite laboratory, and excellent practical skills like soldering and fault finding.
