Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and commercial tools (CRMs, Project management, etc)
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
Attention to detail
Ability to understand and use common commercial metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline stages, volume metrics, AARRR)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Student enrolled in a University who is or will reside in Switzerland for the duration of the Internship

Responsibilities

Implement AI native processes and tools within Commercial department
Develop, implement and improve data quality processes for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to execute tasks within commercial projects
Analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions and improve sales, marketing and customer success processes
Provide support to commercial teams by investigating and resolving data-related issues
Clean, standardize, and maintain data within CRM and other relevant systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
