Requirements
Strong understanding of sales processes, rules of engagement, and expense management frameworks
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities with precision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex policies into clear guidance
Demonstrates follow-through and ownership, particularly with longer-cycle tasks such as MDF tracking and reimbursement completion
Team-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive approach to supporting additional priorities across the sales operations organization
Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or GC Holder)
Responsibilities
Act as the primary owner for Sales Expense Management, overseeing submission, approval, and compliance processes. Must be comfortable enforcing policy standards and pushing back when expenses do not meet guidelines
Administer the Dealer MDF program, including tracking and reporting on fund usage, communicating upcoming expirations, supporting finance with requirement docs, approving invoices and supporting dealers through the reimbursement process
Collaborate with Marketing on tracking, reporting, and optimizing MDF usage, identifying opportunities to improve participation and ROI
Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Legal to review and update policies regularly to ensure they are current, compliant, and support business objectives
Maintain clear, organized documentation for all sales policies, programs, and supporting materials
