Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2–3 years of experience in revenue operations, accounting, or contract management; SaaS or technology industry experience strongly preferred
Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM platforms (Salesforce required), and Excel
Understanding of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively
Excellent time management and communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Strong interest in process improvement and automation to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

Responsibilities

Review and interpret customer contracts, order forms, and amendments within Salesforce to identify key revenue terms, performance obligations, and billing schedules in alignment with ASC 606
Support the accurate setup and maintenance of revenue contracts in Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring timely and correct revenue recognition
Utilize NetSuite and other financial systems to manage contract data, revenue schedules, and reporting accuracy
Partner closely with the Contracts and Sales Operations teams to clarify contract terms, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent communication across departments
Maintain strong internal controls, provide audit-ready documentation, and assist with both internal and external audit requests related to revenue
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline revenue processes, enhance data integrity, and improve reporting efficiency
Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collection activities, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer account records
