Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • 2–3 years of experience in revenue operations, accounting, or contract management; SaaS or technology industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM platforms (Salesforce required), and Excel
  • Understanding of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively
  • Excellent time management and communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong interest in process improvement and automation to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret customer contracts, order forms, and amendments within Salesforce to identify key revenue terms, performance obligations, and billing schedules in alignment with ASC 606
  • Support the accurate setup and maintenance of revenue contracts in Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring timely and correct revenue recognition
  • Utilize NetSuite and other financial systems to manage contract data, revenue schedules, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner closely with the Contracts and Sales Operations teams to clarify contract terms, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent communication across departments
  • Maintain strong internal controls, provide audit-ready documentation, and assist with both internal and external audit requests related to revenue
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline revenue processes, enhance data integrity, and improve reporting efficiency
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collection activities, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer account records
