Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field
  • 1-2 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers
  • Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment

Responsibilities

  • Manages Service Providers and RCx projects
  • Coordinates day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintains project schedules, and utilizes technical staff
  • Promptly and accurately addresses customer concerns to ensure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships
  • Understands the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings
  • Manages on-time delivery of technical reports
  • Commutes to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders
  • Analyzes utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility
  • Other duties as assigned
