Requirements
- A BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field
- 1-2 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers
- Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
- Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience
- Proficient in MS office suite
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
Responsibilities
- Manages Service Providers and RCx projects
- Coordinates day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintains project schedules, and utilizes technical staff
- Promptly and accurately addresses customer concerns to ensure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships
- Understands the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings
- Manages on-time delivery of technical reports
- Commutes to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders
- Analyzes utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility
- Other duties as assigned
