Requirements

  • Mínimo 15 años de experiencia en áreas de Recursos Humanos, con al menos 8 años liderando funciones globales de compensación y beneficios. (Obligatorio)
  • Experiencia probada en la definición y gestión de políticas retributivas y de beneficios en entornos corporativos globales con alta complejidad organizativa. (Obligatorio)
  • Capacidad para operar en entornos matriciales y gestionar equipos distribuidos internacionalmente. (Obligatorio)
  • Visión estratégica combinada con una fuerte orientación a la ejecución, control y eficiencia operativa. (Obligatorio)
  • Sólida base técnica en legislación laboral, fiscalidad retributiva, administración de beneficios y políticas de compensación locales de diversos convenios colectivos. (Obligatorio)
  • Experiencia en la relación con stakeholders internos y externos (comités de compensación, auditores, etc.). (Obligatorio)

Responsibilities

  • Implementar y liderar la estrategia global/local (geografía española) de retribución total (fija, variable, incentivos a largo plazo, acciones) alineada con los objetivos corporativos
  • Gobernar y optimizar los procesos globales/locales (geografía española) de nómina, seguridad social y gestión retributiva, garantizando eficiencia, control y cumplimiento regulatorio
  • Diseñar y coordinar programas globales de beneficios flexibles, seguros, planes de pensiones, bienestar y otros elementos no monetarios, adaptados al contexto local y global
  • Gestionar la política y procesos locales de retribución y beneficios para colectivos no activos con vínculo laboral (excedencias, prejubilaciones, jubilaciones, colectivos protegidos, etc.)
  • Liderar la definición de paquetes retributivos para el talento clave, incluyendo expatriados, perfiles críticos y altos directivos
  • Supervisar auditorías internas y externas e Inspecciones en materia retributiva y de beneficios
  • Coordinar con áreas de Payroll, Finanzas, Legal, Compliance y Relaciones Laborales Asesoría Fiscal, Laboral y Jurídico para garantizar una ejecución integrada y sinérgica
  • Impulsar la automatización, digitalización y escalabilidad de los procesos de compensación y beneficios
  • Asegurar la calidad y consistencia de la información retributiva para reportes regulatorios, de sostenibilidad (ESG), y de igualdad retributiva
