Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the financial industry. They must hold a FINRA license (6 or 7 & 63 required), and a life license is preferred or must be obtained within 60 days. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
The Retirement Education Training Specialist will provide onsite education and motivational seminars on financial topics to retirement plan participants and prospective participants, customizing PowerPoint presentations for specific plan designs. They will maintain industry knowledge through continuing education, track the effectiveness of onsite programs, ensure compliant presentation topics, book travel arrangements, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive improved retirement outcomes for clients.
