Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in on-site and off-site warehouse operations, including inventory control, product shipments, arena distributions, and event preparations
  • Oversee execution of inventory management concepts such as tagging, folding, hanging, and maintaining a clean/organized operation
  • Collaborate with retail game day staff to ensure merchandise and operational supplies are received, stored, replenished, and distributed efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and accountability (event by event and annually)
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and other relevant software to track inventory and manage warehouse operations
  • Assist with internal purchases and online store orders, including picking, packing, and closing orders to department standards
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles in daily work
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about company technology, products, and services
  • Win as a team by collaborating and being open to new ideas
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and feedback
