Responsibilities
Assist in on-site and off-site warehouse operations, including inventory control, product shipments, arena distributions, and event preparations
Oversee execution of inventory management concepts such as tagging, folding, hanging, and maintaining a clean/organized operation
Collaborate with retail game day staff to ensure merchandise and operational supplies are received, stored, replenished, and distributed efficiently and accurately
Conduct audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and accountability (event by event and annually)
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Utilize warehouse management systems and other relevant software to track inventory and manage warehouse operations
Assist with internal purchases and online store orders, including picking, packing, and closing orders to department standards
Understand and apply Operating Principles in daily work
Own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about company technology, products, and services
