Responsibilities

  • Closely work with Marketplace Latam territory teams & retail leads for feedback and quick response to drive concept excellence
  • Support execution on seasonal plan, experiences and delivering partner tools
  • Help team on executing retail marketing concepts aligned with strategy to elevate the consumer experience
  • Download seasonal marketing plans, support on partner directives, guidelines and support retail execution from a professional perspective and share with the territory team
  • Help stores across LATAM get better and provide great shopping experience to consumers
  • Support downloading Retail direction through sport RUNNING / TRAINING / KIDS / FOOTBALL journeys that under the Concept Map-Marketing priority thru Brand/Priority 1/Priority 2/ Always On / 365 stories and commercial
  • Cooperation with merchandising team for assortment understanding
  • Support & align working process within each territory
  • Consumer insights and follow up for seasonal campaign story by concept
  • Support teams to execute strong retail according to brand ethos inclusive of identity and tone serving consumer thru performance and lifestyle
  • Work closely with city teammates to make sure directive is downloaded by concept
