Access to own vehicle and full driving licence
Prior experience in a customer facing setting (fashion brands a plus)
Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
Access to Apple or Android smartphone (Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later)
Customer-focused with friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
Tech savvy (desirable, for using apps)
Availability for 4.5 hours per week on Fridays, with flexibility during store opening hours; no leave in December
Based in Ayr, with ability to travel to different stores within zone

Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise in retail stores
Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines
Put out deliveries of new stock
Maintain housekeeping standards
Set up promotional activities
Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Complete various in-store activities alongside Team Leader for coaching and support
