This is a full-time position with 40 weekly hours, working a schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends at the Bridge Street Towne Center in Huntsville. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience is required as training, tools, and coaching are provided. A consultative sales approach, drive, passion for helping people, flexibility, and openness to change in a fast-paced environment are key.
