Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
Certified forklift driver and/or at least three years of experience operating forklifts
Truck Operator with experience operating a 20ft+ Box Truck w/lift gate
Valid Nevada Driver's License and ability to pass DMV background check annually
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with others within the Retail Team and support staffs
Ability for heavy repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to operate PC or main computers and utilize business related programs for inventory control and receiving, with basic understanding of Word and Excel
Familiarity with and capability of operating warehouse and delivery equipment
Ability to operate in a warehouse environment including extremes of heat, cold, and height
Awareness of KO safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards, safe operation of Company vehicles, proper PPE, and safe operation of industrial equipment
Ability to work Monday through Friday primarily, with availability for weekends and rotational schedules when required
Ability to work productively with little supervision and cooperate with others

Responsibilities

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Execute key Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, replenishment, and warehousing duties
Load, deliver, unload, replenish, fulfill orders, verify/document receipts and shipments, and inspect orders
Safely follow the pick-up and delivery process
Operate stand-up forklifts and box trucks
Maintain warehouse organization and participate in replenishment, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment
Accurately process paperwork and follow MOS and RTV processes
Maintain data integrity, participate in material ticketing, and communicate shortages/out-of-stocks to planners and retail operations
Accurately utilize the KWI operation system
Operate company computers and appropriate software
Provide support and communication/interaction with the Retail Store (retail material, supplies, etc.), and move additional material as needed
Participate in Daily Work Prioritization for Support Center Team
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Support and participate in all areas demonstrating good company stewardship
