Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline (completed degree essential, no more than 3 years since completion)
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Marketing / Trade Marketing and/or Franchise environment
  • Marketing, Licensing or retail experience necessary
  • Understanding of retail and distribution channels, product development process, and experience presenting to large audiences
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills to work independently and manage projects
  • Communication skills, hard-worker, proactive, good team-player, flexibility, well organized, creativity, ability to see the “big picture”

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of the global Retail Marketing DCP strategy, ensuring EMEA and Iberia strategic plans are launched across Retail Marketing Strategy & Planning, DCP Franchise Management with Regional Team, and acting as internal voice/advocate for DCP Franchise across TWDC Brand Management
  • Support Retail teams to create ad hoc plans for licensees & retailers
  • Develop content plans: localize Regional campaigns & create new content
  • Implement & coordinate Shopper digital marketing campaigns partnering with DCP Franchise Regional Leads & Local Integrated Marketing
  • Handle B2B strategy: Licensee meetings, retailers workshops, retailers newsletter, etc
  • Coordinate & implement Shopper marketing campaigns partnering with Franchise Regional Leads & Local Integrated Marketing
  • Supervise marketing and communication campaigns of licensees (concept, promotional premiums, approval of materials)
  • Assist with the development of proposals for retailers & partners
  • Ensure partner websites are up to date and aligned with TWDC brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with other lines of business (TDS, DLP, PR)
  • Track availability of all Franchise pitches, marketing materials and product development assets for Retailers & Licensees
  • Support (and attend where needed) Retail Events, promotions online & instore
  • Responsible for creative approval process and prepare reports
