Responsibilities

Build and repair bikes in accordance with established procedures
Assist with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed
Provide passionate customer service and sell through customer engagement, specifically in the Bike Department
Provide strong product recommendations based on personal experiences, industry research, and trends that align to the customer’s needs
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and maintain Bike Department standards and signage
Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity
Promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions
Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all Company information
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
