Responsibilities

Build and repair bikes in accordance with established procedures
Assist with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed
Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically in the Bike Department
Provide strong product recommendations that align to the customer’s needs, pulling from personal experiences and industry research and trends
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation
Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity
Promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions
Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise
Maintain merchandise presentation standards and signage of Bike Department to Company standards as directed
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all Company information
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
