Requirements
- Diplômé Bac + 2 (DUT Gestion logistique et transport) / Bac Pro Exploitation des transports ou Logistique + 2 ans d’expérience
- Très à l’aise dans l’environnement industriel, proche de la production et des problématiques terrain, capable de prendre du recul pour proposer des solutions nouvelles et innovantes
- Prêt à proposer des innovations et faire grandir son rôle dans une entreprise à taille humaine et ambitieuse
- À l’aise sur les outils informatiques (suite office, gestion des mails, logiciels internes de gestion des stocks/tri)
- Possession des CACES 1, 3, 5
- Anglais professionnel (l’allemand est un plus)
Responsibilities
- Établir le plan de stock en fonction des besoins de production et de l’espace disponible
- Commander le stock nécessaire à la production
- Contrôler qualitativement et quantitativement les marchandises réceptionnées
- Respecter et appliquer les procédures de contrôle FSC
- Suivre les ventes et les prévisions pour assurer la disponibilité des produits et superviser la préparation des commandes
- Proposer des améliorations ou des optimisations concernant la gestion quotidienne du stock
- Réaliser les inventaires et mesurer les écarts pour assurer une cohérence entre le stock physique et informatique
- Assurer un contrôle qualité des nouveaux produits
- Classer et stocker les produits en fonction de leur date de péremption
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec le Responsable Achats et Supply Chain sur les alertes de stocks, analyses et suivi des projets
- Mise à jour des fichiers de gestion du stock
- Gestion des achats de certains consommables (logiciel Precoro)
- Assurer les missions back-up de son équipe
- Assurer l’organisation, la communication et le suivi avec les transporteurs
- Suivi des KPI et communication en cas de dérives
- Établir le plan de transport en fonction de la saisonnalité
- Animer, organiser et superviser le travail de ses équipes (1 à 6 personnes en saison) et évaluer leur performance
- Participer aux sujets RH : recrutement, entretiens disciplinaires, entretiens semi-annuels, anticiper et donner les formations
