Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis
Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Expert mastery of Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in financial modeling
Proven experience in an FP&A or business partner role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Ability to adapt easily in a constantly evolving environment
Proficiency in English as the language of work

Responsibilities

Establish strong partnerships with managers from different company teams
Prepare presentations for senior management
Prepare, improve, and simplify budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Perform in-depth analyses and monthly/quarterly dashboards compared to budget and forecasts
Be responsible for delivering accurate and timely end-of-month variance management reports
Provide analytical support and financial advice to aid business decision-making, including developing new analyses and improving reports and KPIs to better support senior management's strategic decisions
Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as evaluating new activities or process changes
Respond to special requests from the executive team
Contribute to the team's overall objectives, even if it means stepping outside the strict scope of the role
