Candidates must possess a business school degree or equivalent (Master's in Economics/Finance/Management) and have significant experience as a management controller in the industry. They should demonstrate autonomy, organization, and rigor, be open to change and ambiguity, and possess excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills. Strong written and oral communication in both English and French is required. Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP is a plus. The ability to work in a demanding environment with multiple reporting lines and deadlines, along with flexibility for short-term international missions without prior notice, is essential.
The Management Controller is responsible for monitoring, collecting, preparing, and analyzing site financial reports, including budget monitoring and variance analysis. They will coordinate the monitoring and implementation of steering tools for operational teams to achieve objectives and drive continuous improvement. Key duties include ensuring the reliability and accuracy of analyses, budget tracking, and forecast results. The role involves supervising the team, defining performance indicators, setting priorities for activity steering and the budget process, and assisting functional directors with budget monitoring and improvement suggestions. The Management Controller will also provide specific support for ad-hoc requests from internal or external clients and interact with operational services and the finance team.
