Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A resident of Del Webb community
  • Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings
  • Basic proficiency in using computer systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers
  • Answer questions
  • Provide community tours
  • Take registrations
  • Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions
  • Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to: Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public), New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events, National sales events, Informational seminars, Resident relations events, Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.), Realtor events, Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings, Reference list for Prospects
  • Other duties as assigned
