Location Type: Remote (with hybrid requirements during initial training)

Location: Heredia office (Ultrapark LAG, Edificio 2, piso 1, oficina 1, Ulloa, Lagunilla), Costa Rica


Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented, enjoy solving puzzles, and excel at customer-centric communication? Procore's Scout Research Team is seeking a Research & Data Administrator to ensure customers receive legally compliant documents. This role involves partnering with the team and Customer Success to correct data, fill information gaps, and maintain accuracy through effective communication. You will learn to utilize construction databases and research project information to enhance data completeness.


Responsibilities

  • Search property information using online county websites and other internal/external tools.
  • Interact with customers and construction companies via telephone and email.
  • Work on deadlines prioritized by our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.
  • Update job information in our database through data entry.
  • Correct inaccuracies and fill in data gaps based on customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker (verification via assessment).
  • Ability to communicate optimistically, clearly, and successfully with clients, handling inquiries with professionalism (verification via assessment).

  • Analytical capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Ability to work at a quick and efficient pace.

Hybrid Work Arrangement

  • Initial Training Period (approx. 3 months): 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week.
  • Post-Training: In-office presence required only twice per month.
