Requirements

Strong leadership and project management capabilities, an analytical mindset, and excellent collaboration and communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Reporting Manager will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm’s reporting tools and systems, leading a team supporting investor reports, client portals, and alternative investment reporting. They will collaborate with the CTO to drive platform improvements, integrations, and data workflows, partner with internal teams to resolve inquiries and enhance reporting outputs, identify inefficiencies and develop solutions, and ensure reporting standards align with firm goals and compliance expectations. They will also assist in creating and partnering with practice management to develop training and best practices.
