Position Overview

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Maryland State Licensure as an LCSW in Maryland. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. Requirements

  • Education: A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program.
  • Licensure: Approved by the board as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW).
  • Experience:
    • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
    • Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services to clients.
  • Conduct intakes and diagnose clients.
  • Participate in supervisory meetings.
