Requirements

Candidates must be pursuing Maryland State Licensure as a LCSW in Maryland and be a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program. They should have graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety, and experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor. Full-time availability (30 hours/week) and flexibility in work schedule are also required.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Master's Social Worker will provide counseling services to clients, dedicating 25 hours per week to client visits and 5 hours to administrative tasks including supervisory meetings. They will also participate in monthly in-house professional development and case consultation groups.
