  • Strong background in costing or estimating in an international marketplace
  • Hands-on shop floor experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems
  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

  • Conduct cost comparisons and historical analysis to refine future estimates
  • Maintain a visually controlled schedule of incoming quote requests and manage quote timelines
  • Present value engineering options to reduce costs without compromising quality
  • Track quote win/loss ratios and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Ensure seamless handoff of project data to Project Managers
