System knowledge, both physical and logical, for leading deployment readiness assessment reviews
Ability to evaluate and decide asset changes and associated implementation documentations to ensure deployment criteria are satisfied
Proficiency in assessing progress and effectiveness of test efforts based on application changes
Expertise in ensuring appropriate testing levels are completed prior to deployment
Subject Matter Expert (SME) level for deployment activities, including identifying conflicts in walkthrough meetings

Experience as liaison for deployment related processes and policies with other departments
Skills in working with key stakeholders to recommend best practices and address complex queries
Proficiency in providing guidance, mentoring, and training team members and stakeholders
Ability to perform and lead complex operational assignments based on high-level requirements
Experience providing input in defining internal initiatives to improve processes
Proficiency with various automation products and tools, ensuring software adjustments meet needs
Knowledge of established procedures for executing deployment, escalation, and back out activities

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Windows systems in company environments, including approved vendor hardware and software
Serve as technical resource for resolving hardware and software issues at company installations
Lead deployment readiness assessment reviews
Evaluate asset changes and implementation documentations for deployment qualification
Ensure deployment tasks are incorporated into the deployment plan
Assess test efforts progress and effectiveness for application changes
Ensure testing levels are completed prior to deployment
Act as SME in deployment walkthrough meetings, identifying conflicts
Analyze system impact of work items and communicate risks
Serve as liaison for deployment processes and policies across departments
Recommend best practices and address complex queries with stakeholders
Provide guidance, mentor, and train team members and stakeholders
