Requirements

Final year undergraduate student at a local university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical or business field
GPA of 3.5 or above
Strong blend of business and technical acumen, with the ability to engage meaningfully and add value in discussions encompassing both technology and business strategy
Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly within the AI and real-time data space, and identifying how they can create new value for users
Local to Raleigh, NC area (only local students considered)
Available to work in office at least 2x per week and a minimum of 10 hours per week, working around class schedule

Responsibilities

Support the Product Management Team on key initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap
Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch analysis
Explore and integrate AI capabilities: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML to enhance product features, derive deeper customer insights, and optimize product management workflows
Participate in customer visits and calls to observe and learn how to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Consistently review analytics to identify areas of opportunity, understand user behavior, and inform product improvements
Assist in documenting, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from internal customer-facing teams
Conduct solution discovery, trialing new products and features directly with customers to gather insights and validate solutions
Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA to design viable and usable products and ensure timely delivery of features
Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for both new features and enhancements
Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups, ensuring product goals are clearly communicated and understood by development teams
Assist in driving product adoption and training by contributing to Release Notes and aligning with Operations and Sales teams
