Requirements

  • Final year undergraduate student at a local university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical or business field
  • GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Strong blend of business and technical acumen, with the ability to engage meaningfully and add value in discussions encompassing both technology and business strategy
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly within the AI and real-time data space, and identifying how they can create new value for users
  • Local to Raleigh, NC area (only local students considered)
  • Available to work in office at least 2x per week and a minimum of 10 hours per week, working around class schedule

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Management Team on key initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap
  • Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch analysis
  • Explore and integrate AI capabilities: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML to enhance product features, derive deeper customer insights, and optimize product management workflows
  • Participate in customer visits and calls to observe and learn how to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Consistently review analytics to identify areas of opportunity, understand user behavior, and inform product improvements
  • Assist in documenting, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from internal customer-facing teams
  • Conduct solution discovery, trialing new products and features directly with customers to gather insights and validate solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA to design viable and usable products and ensure timely delivery of features
  • Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for both new features and enhancements
  • Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups, ensuring product goals are clearly communicated and understood by development teams
  • Assist in driving product adoption and training by contributing to Release Notes and aligning with Operations and Sales teams
