Registered Valuer (NZIV)
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
2 years of junior leadership experience
Extensive industry experience
Membership of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and/or the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
Highly developed valuation skills
Exceptional communication and business development skills

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership to ensure short and long-term growth and success of Opteon
Work with the Director of Operations NZ and Regional Director - Residential to implement and deliver the Business Unit strategy
Deliver market valuations to customers
Achieve operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations
Establish a market valuation presence in the region
Grow Opteon's residential valuation team in Hamilton/Waikato, diversifying revenue streams and increasing market share
