Requirements

  • Registered Valuer (NZIV)
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • 2 years of junior leadership experience
  • Extensive industry experience
  • Membership of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and/or the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
  • Highly developed valuation skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership to ensure short and long-term growth and success of Opteon
  • Work with the Director of Operations NZ and Regional Director - Residential to implement and deliver the Business Unit strategy
  • Deliver market valuations to customers
  • Achieve operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations
  • Establish a market valuation presence in the region
  • Grow Opteon's residential valuation team in Hamilton/Waikato, diversifying revenue streams and increasing market share
