The position is located at Avera Cancer Institute-Sioux Falls and involves rotating days/evenings/weekends with specific hours M-F 5-9PM and Sat-Sun 9AM-3PM. There will be no nights, though additional daytime shifts may be available.
Key responsibilities include triaging and assessing oncology patients, administering treatments and transfusions in an oncology infusion center, and delivering high-quality care outside regular clinic hours, along with developing nursing care plans and providing patient education.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for patients, working where you matter.
Operations are targeted to begin in the first quarter of 2026 (exact start date TBD); a strong candidate has oncology nursing experience, especially in triage, assessments, treatments, and transfusions, with flexibility for evening and weekend extended hours.
