Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license, possessing strong clinical skills and a passion for patient education. Experience in dialysis training and patient education is preferred, although the company offers field training.
The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, perform all technical dialysis procedures, assess patient responses, and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans. They will also educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and home therapy techniques, ensuring a smooth transition from clinic to home treatment.
