Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Experience in working with Autism Spectrum
Bachelor’s degree preferred
RBT certification preferred (can be earned upon employment with paid training)

Responsibilities

Implement and evaluate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming both individually and in the Day Treatment setting in accordance with the treatment plan
Prepare treatment room and materials daily
Coordinate and implement group activities
Conduct preference assessments, assist with functional assessments and other individualized assessment procedures (with guidance from the BCBA)
Collect data using appropriate measurement procedures, document accordingly, enter data, and update graphs
Assist in training other staff in settings where Applied Verbal Behavior is implemented
Take data and notes specific to each child’s programming
Assist in organization and setup of materials needed for treatment, including maintaining data sheets and books
