Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales leadership experience, ideally 2 years of that having been in a new region
  • Proven success selling into multiple APAC markets and understand the cultural and business nuances across the region
  • Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing the pipeline, and hitting revenue targets
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach to managing forecasts in tools like Salesforce while scaling repeatable sales processes like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Talent magnet, constantly looking for the best talent to bring onboard
  • Curiosity to learn technical concepts and articulate them in a way that highlights business value to senior or executive stakeholders
  • Track record of developing deep relationships with key partners that align with strategy to grow
  • High sense of urgency and ownership along with empathy and compassion in leadership style
  • Results-oriented, motivated, and thoughtful sales leader laser-focused on building and scaling a team that drives revenue growth across APAC
  • Experience driving both Enterprise and Mid-Market sales, and understand how to balance regional strategy with day-to-day execution

  • Consistently help your team meet or exceed quota across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
  • Build and scale a team of Account Executives that sees consistent month-over-month success across APAC
  • Serve as a mentor, leader, or coach to other new peers of team
  • Oversee Account Executives, ensuring consistent quota attainment
  • Help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes across multiple countries and markets
  • Recruit and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Build Hightouch's presence in the APAC region
