Candidates must have a proven successful track record in selling high-technology products to large organizations and the ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-level. Experience selling technically complex solutions, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to create and deliver value propositions are required. Candidates must also be able to identify and influence key decision-makers, succeed in a quota-driven sales environment, and possess native fluency and business-level proficiency in both German and English.
The Regional Sales Manager will drive large and complex business opportunities within enterprise clients in Germany, grow existing client relationships, and position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas, driving the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals, building a successful pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels, networking within client businesses, influencing key decision-makers, acting as a CrowdStrike ambassador, articulating and promoting the company's value proposition, preparing detailed account development plans, leading virtual teams to drive and close opportunities, and accurately forecasting business objectives and outcomes.
