The Regional Sales Director will lead, develop, and grow the Northeast National Accounts Sales team, driving a high-performance culture to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include directly managing Account Executives, coaching and mentoring them through regular 1:1s and deal inspections, ensuring effective use of sales tools like Salesforce.com and Clari, and analyzing data in real-time. The role also involves setting sales strategy, defining team vision and expectations, and collaborating with Sales Operations and Enablement on process improvements.
