Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs across EMEA
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract development with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Optimize total cost of ownership and drive productivity improvements in the raw materials portfolio
  • Ensure products and process developments are based on secure, high-quality, and commercially viable sources
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify market trends, cost drivers, and sourcing opportunities
  • Provide pricing forecasts, cost models, and insights to support strategic planning and stakeholder decision-making
  • Report raw material market intelligence and pricing updates to internal business teams
  • Draft and manage specifications and contract requirements for raw material suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with internal business functions, including Supply Chain, Product Development, and Commercial teams
  • Support development of an integrated European supply chain to enhance EHS, quality, and customer service
  • Manage a portfolio of procurement programs with a focus on risk management, synergy creation, and cost reduction
